I reside in nerul. I have tried all ips. I did as per the above procedure but could not connect. Please help me in this regard. I want vtalk's DC++ setup.

Hey, I am new to this DC++, i did as u said in the tutorial.
But i am not gettin connected to any of the hub.
I am using Sify Broadband.

Dnyanesh .. you have not mentioned where do you stay. These settings are for who stay in New Mumbai.

I understand you must have followed everything in the tutorial .. but remember that its just a basic tutorial to setup DC++ . Now the values that you need to put in are not in this TOPIC.

Check the DC++ HUB LIST topic for running HUBs. Then try connect to those HUBs.... I am right now updating other DC++ topics ... U ll see which IP range to use to be able to connect to HUBs.

im havin a problem. I use a sify connection. The details of my ip settings are as follows...
Client Url to download :- http://202.144.65.70:8090/

PC IP :10.15.25.83

Subnet Mask :255.255.255.0

Gateway :10.15.25.1

Primary DNS :202.144.66.6

Secondary DNS :202.144.115.4

Outgoing Mail Server : asmtp.sifybroadband.com

Outgoing Mail Server Port : Port 587

Incoming Mail Server : imap.sify.com

Incoming Mail Server Port : Port 110


How do i find the ip range. Please tell me how do i set up dc++. What do i do with the "connection settings" in dc++. What is TLS? I live in nerul, new bombay. How do i find that the ip range is working. In the "my network places", I can see others computers but cant access them even after starting the UPnP services. Please help me. I need to know those information which are to be filled in after the installation of apex dc++ 4.0. It was different setting from that of normal dc++.

1. Install DC++ and start the programe!! Go to settings

2. Before you join any HUB you also need to share somthing!! There are always min Share limits. So try to share as much you can. Also remember to open slots for uploads.
